Terms of payment
There are 2 ways for paying your reservations:
1. Cash payment in Croatia
Croatian guests can pay for their reservations by postal money order or via internet banking to our bank account
2. Payment by bank transfer from abroad
Foreign guests can pay for their reservations via bank transfer or postal transfer (ex. Western Union). The costs of transfers are settled fully by the guests
According to our General terms of travel, reservation payment can be made in two ways:
the total amount to be paid immediately upon confirmation of reservation or in two installments.
If you choose to pay in two installments, the deposit shall be paid immediately upon confirmation of booking, and rest of the payment to be paid immediately upon arrival to the island. The amounts of the advance payment and dates of the balance/total price varies according to the type of services/reservations:
30% of the amount upon booking confirmation 70% of the amount 21 days prior to arrival 100% of the amount upon booking confirmation (if booking is made less than 21 days prior to arrival)
apx. 10% of the amount upon booking confirmation
apx. 90% of the amount upon arrival to the island
When we receive your payment, we send you voucher with all necessary booking information. After entering the apartment and paying the amount to the owner, the agency does not refund the deposit payment.
