Arrival at the apartment is recommended to the guest after 14:00 p.m. Guests can come anytime between 13:00 and 18:00 p.m.
The guests can enter the apartment earlier than 14:00 p.m. if the guests that were using it before, left it earlier, and if the host has cleaned it and prepared it for further use.
In case of delay in arrival, (arrival after 18:00 p.m.), guests are obliged to inform a host by telephone and do everything to come before 24:00 p.m.
Guests are committed to the appropriate use of units, and that will not do damage to the equipment and stuff.
Guests are required to inform the service provider of any damages that happen in the unit within 24 hours of arrival.
Damage possibly committed by guests, during the use of accommodation, will be settled at their expense.
Guests are obliged not to allow more people in the unit than what is stated in the voucher without a previous report to a service provider and his approval.
Guests have the obligation to respect the time of rest.
Pets are allowed in the facility only if they are listed in the voucher and in the number indicated on the voucher.
Cleaning of the accommodation is the duty of guests.
On the day of departure, you are obliged to leave the apartment until 10:00 a.m. or at any time which is appropriate to a service provider.
Final cleaning of the apartment is already included in the price, but it is recommended to be left the apartment as clean as possible.
